2. Refund Eligibility

Since digital services cannot be physically “returned,” refunds are limited. However, we do offer partial or full refunds under the following conditions:

  • Work has not yet started on your project.

  • You cancel within 24 hours of making the payment.

  • Deliverables have not been provided, or they are significantly delayed without prior communication.

  • There is mutual agreement to terminate the project before completion.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Some services are strictly non-refundable. For example:

  • Completed and delivered projects.

  • Services purchased at a discounted or promotional rate.

  • Customized designs or code delivered as per the approved brief.

  • Delays caused by client-side issues, such as late communication, missed deadlines, or incomplete information.

4. Project Revisions and Adjustments

Instead of refunds, SEO Exponent BD provides free revisions (within the agreed scope) to ensure you are fully satisfied. Nevertheless, additional changes beyond the original agreement may incur extra charges.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the rare case of a disagreement:

  • We encourage open and transparent communication to resolve issues quickly.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
